At SOS Printing, we are committed to delivering high-quality printing and digital services to our customers. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Printed Products
All printed materials (including but not limited to business cards, flyers, banners, signage, NCR papers, mugs, and promotional items) are custom-made based on customer-approved designs and specifications.
Due to the customized nature of these products:
• Orders are non-refundable once production has started.
• Refunds are not available for design errors approved by the customer.
• Color variations between screen display and printed output may occur and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving digital proofs before printing begins.

2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if:
• Production has not started.
• Materials have not been ordered.
• Design work has not been finalized.
If cancellation is approved before production, a processing or design fee may be deducted from the refund.
Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive products that are damaged or defective:
• You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• Photographic evidence must be provided.
• The issue will be reviewed by our quality control team.
If the defect is determined to be our error, we will either:
• Reprint the product at no additional cost, or
• Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

4. Color & Design Disclaimer
Please note:
• Slight color differences may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes.
• Minor cutting or alignment variations within industry tolerance standards are not considered defects.
• Customer-approved artwork errors (spelling, layout, formatting) are not eligible for refunds.

5. Digital Services Refund Policy
For digital services including but not limited to:
• Web Designing
• SEO / AEO / GEO Services
• Digital Marketing
• Graphic Design
• Video Editing
• E-Commerce Services
• Marketplace Seller Services
Refunds are handled as follows:
• Once a project has started, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• If a project is canceled mid-way, charges will apply for work completed up to that point.
• Monthly marketing or SEO retainers are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
We are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve concerns professionally.

6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
